However, colours may vary slightly depending on your device screen settings, and minor differences between the product displayed online and the actual product received do not constitute a defect. The availability of all products is subject to stock levels, and we cannot guarantee that items will always be available.

All prices displayed on tantan.uk are in British Pounds Sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. We make every effort to ensure that prices are correct at the time of publication; however, we reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. If we discover a pricing error on any product you have ordered, we will contact you as soon as possible to inform you and give you the option to reconfirm your order at the correct price or cancel it. Delivery charges are additional and are clearly displayed during the checkout process.

5. Orders

When you place an order through our website, it constitutes an offer to purchase the products selected. All orders are subject to acceptance by us. We will confirm acceptance of your order by dispatching the products to you. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, errors in pricing or product information, or suspected fraudulent activity. If we cancel your order after payment has been taken, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.

6. Payment

We accept payment by credit card, debit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Klarna and Clearpay. All payments are processed securely through Stripe, our third-party payment provider. We do not store your full payment card details on our servers. By placing an order, you confirm that the payment method used is yours or that you have been authorised to use it. All payments must be received in full before orders are dispatched. If you choose to pay via Klarna or Clearpay, you will be subject to the respective provider's own terms and conditions.

7. Delivery

We offer UK delivery at a flat rate of £5.00 with an estimated delivery time of 3–5 working days, and international delivery at a flat rate of £15.00 with an estimated delivery time of 7–14 working days. Please note that delivery times are estimates and not guarantees. We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to customs processing for international orders. 8. Returns & Refunds

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return eligible products in accordance with our returns policy. Items must be unused, in their original packaging and returned within the applicable timeframe. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method once we have received and inspected the returned item. All content on this website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, product photography, icons, audio clips, video clips, digital downloads and software, is the property of TANTAN ENTERPRISES LIMITED or its content suppliers and is protected by United Kingdom and international copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store or transmit any of the material on our website without our prior written consent.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TANTAN ENTERPRISES LIMITED shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill or other intangible losses resulting from your use of or inability to use the website or our products. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by English law. Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these terms shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the relevant order.

These terms and conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims), shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. You and we both agree that the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with these terms.
