Our policy for returns, refunds and exchanges.
Our Returns Policy
Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to return items within 14 days of receiving your delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unopened and in their original packaging. All returned products will be inspected upon receipt before any refund is processed.
How to Return an Item
To start a return, please contact us via Telegram or WhatsApp using the links at the bottom of this page. Once we have confirmed your return request, you will receive a return authorisation along with instructions on where to send the item. Please note that return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or damaged.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be issued within 14 days of us receiving the returned product. The refund will be applied to your original payment method via Stripe. Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to process and post the refund to your account.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If you receive a damaged or faulty item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery via Telegram or WhatsApp. Please include photographs of the damage and your order number. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund including any postage costs you have incurred in returning the item to us.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns on products that have been opened or used. Items returned after the 14-day return window has passed are also not eligible for a refund. We recommend checking your order carefully upon delivery to ensure everything is as expected.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different product, please return your original item following the returns process outlined above and place a new order for the item you require. Your refund will be processed as normal once we receive the returned product.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund within the expected timeframe, first check your bank account or card statement again. Next, contact your payment provider as there is often a processing period before a refund is posted. If you have done both and still have not received your refund, please get in touch with us via Telegram or WhatsApp and we will investigate further.
